I eat this dish a lot. It is kind of like a curry, but not really. It is beef that has been cooked in coconut milk and spices until all the liquid has evaporated and you are left with a thick rick sauce and (hopefully) tender beef. It is served with steamed rice and veggies such as beans and carrots. The best part is that it is one of those dishes that you just add the ingredients and leave it alone – and a few hours later you have an amazing, tasty meal!
